NovaFood 2026 – The new national meeting place for food production

IGZ will be exhibiting various laboratory equipment for the food sector at the NovaFood trade fair.

NovaFood is the new national meeting place for integrated food production. Over the course of two days, manufacturers and service providers for production technology, operating resources, raw materials and semi-finished products meet with food producers. In a compact and attractive setting, NovaFood focuses on ecological, economic and social aspects of food production – from artisanal production to industrial manufacturing.
