SCS Fall Meeting
IGZ Instruments will be exhibiting various laboratory equipment at the SCS Fall Meeting.
The SCS Fall Meeting 2026 is one of the largest annual research conferences in Switzerland. It offers members of the scientific community the opportunity to present the results of current research work and to exchange ideas. For many generations, the Fall Meeting has been an important platform for young chemists trained in Switzerland to present their research – often for the first time at a major scientific conference – and to be inspired by the exchange with colleagues.
The scientific program includes award lectures by leading scientists as well as invited and submitted contributions in nine thematic sessions covering the entire spectrum of chemistry. Program highlights include plenary sessions with talks by the 2024 SCS award winners, poster sessions during the Beer & Pretzel event and lunch breaks, parallel technical sessions with keynote talks and 15-minute PhD presentations, and the award ceremony for the best oral and poster presentations.
The parallel sessions cover topics such as Analytical Sciences, Catalysis, Computational Chemistry, Chemistry and the Environment, Inorganic and Coordination Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Biology, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry and Polymers, Colloids and Interfaces.
