ACCQ Prep SFC
ACCQ prep SFC from Teledyne Labs is one of the best prep SFCs on the market.
The SFC can be equipped with UV or UV-VIS.
Optionally you can have an ELSD or an MS.
The ELSD is built into the device and the MS is a separate device.
The SFC can be equipped with an autosampler so that several samples can be cleaned at once.
You can either collect in bottles (up to eight possible) or with the racks.
This flexibility also allows you to adjust the specifications directly during the run (change by fly).
You can use from 5% up to 70% co-solvent (methanol, ethanol or isopropanol).
To prevent cross-contamination, the GLS (Gas Liquid Separator) has a separate pump and washes the cell.
As long as you have over 100 bar CO2 pressure, you can connect the system directly.
If the pressure is below 100 bar, an external chiller (link to the ideal chiller) is required.
