CombiFlash NextGen 300+
The CombiFlash® NextGen 300+ from Teledyne ISCO is a high-performance flash chromatography system designed for the efficient and reproducible purification of compounds in the laboratory. With a flow rate range of 1 to 300 mL/min and an operating pressure of up to 20 bar (300 psi), the system is suitable for demanding separation tasks, from method development to preparative purification.
The integrated RFID technology automatically detects the RediSep® or RediSep Gold® column being used and configures the corresponding method parameters, such as flow rate and gradient. In addition, fraction collectors are automatically detected, ensuring safe and reliable fractionation. Features such as monitoring of solvent and waste levels, as well as column air purging, are already integrated as standard.
For larger applications, the system can be expanded with the optional Large Column Adapter (LCA), which allows the use of columns containing up to 3 kg of sorbent. The integrated PeakTrak® software also supports rapid method development. Using the Focus Gradient Generator, optimized gradients for the targeted purification of the desired compound can be automatically generated based on an initial separation run.
