Heat-On – Safe, fast and clean heating
Heat-On eliminates the need for messy oil baths and heating sleeves. It ensures even, rapid heating of vessels from 10 ml to 5 liters and fits all standard heating stirrers (145 mm plate, with optional adapter for 135 mm).
The ingenious block design prevents glass breakage, allows the connection of temperature sensors and the attachment of handles for easy transportation. PTFE safety covers are available as an option – for additional safety to prevent burns on the block and for faster, more energy-efficient heating. See last picture
Solid aluminum blocks ensure fast, homogeneous heat distribution (up to 260°C). Available with a chemical-resistant fluoropolymer or robust, anodized surface finish.
Faster than traditional oil baths – 250 ml of water boils in under 11 minutes.
For cooling samples, there is a Cool-It to match the Heat-On, which also ensures fast, uniform temperature control.
