FieldSwab® ATP Test – Flexible Hygiene Monitoring for Outdoor Areas
The Charm® FieldSwab® ATP Test enables quick and reliable monitoring of surface hygiene on farms, in food production facilities, and in outdoor areas. In just 30 seconds, the test measures ATP (adenosine triphosphate) as an indicator of organic residues and biological contamination.
Thanks to its ability to be stored at room temperature, the FieldSwab® is particularly well-suited for mobile applications and hygiene inspections outside of traditional production environments. Typical areas of application include car washes, cooling towers, and the monitoring of personnel hygiene as well as harvesting, transport, and storage equipment for fresh produce.
The test can be integrated into Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) programs and supports documentation and traceability as part of food safety audits. The appropriate Charm® novaLUM II-X system is required for the measurement.
