Radleys’ Reactor-Ready Pilot is a modular system designed for pilot testing and process development on a laboratory and pilot plant scale. With vessel sizes ranging from 5 to 50 (new) liters, it offers high flexibility and scalability—ideal for complex syntheses, scale-up, and technology transfer.
The system enables a tool-free vessel change in just a few minutes and offers a robust frame with precise temperature control from -70°C to +230°C. Thanks to innovative quick couplings and stable stirring technology, the pilot reactor is easy to handle and can be adapted to different applications.
Optionally, the system can be automated with the AVA software to control and document temperature, stirring speed and other process parameters – for maximum reproducibility and efficiency.
